Casework Success Stories

Dr. Martha Sturgeon of Auburn Hills contacted my office because she was having trouble resolving a problem with the Social Security Administration.

“I contacted Representative Haley Stevens’ office to assist me with a problem I was having with the Social Security Administration,” said Dr. Sturgeon. “Numerous and repeated calls I made to the national phone center and the local Social Security office did not result in a resolution of the problem. I had previously learned to contact my U.S. Representative to help with issues with federal agencies. Therefore, I reached out to Representative Stevens’ office. […] I received a call within an hour and was informed that the office had contacted the Social Security Administration on my behalf. Zach, the case worker, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I am so grateful and happy that this service is available.”
