“Stellar service.”

Mr. Daniel Hill, of Northville, was having trouble correcting an error in his Social Security records after several months of trying to get in touch with the Social Security Administration.

My office was able to help Mr. Hill correct his records within two weeks of contacting us.

“In mid-2019 I noticed my SSA statement contained an error,” said Mr. Daniel Hill. “My 2018 earnings were under-reported. In August 2019 I visited the SSA office in Livonia and submitted proof of the missing earnings. I was told to expect a correction within three months. In December 2019 the error remained uncorrected. Over the next five months I made two phone calls to SSA and submitted an additional fax of my W2s, but as of April 2020 my 2018 earnings remained uncorrected. An e-mail to Rep. Stevens’ office in early April 2020 was answered the day after. The next day SSA called me. Within two weeks my earnings were corrected. Thank you, Rep. Stevens for handling my issue. Thank you for your service to your constituents. Stellar service.”
