Bills Would Make Congress Cars Union-Only

Two women in Congress from Michigan are pushing for a new requirement on the types of cars driven by federal lawmakers.
Representative Haley Stevens and Senator Elissa Slotkin are introducing bills today aimed at making it illegal for members of Congress to use their annual congressional budgets on anything but cars made by unions in the U.S.
Not surprisingly, the UAW has voiced its support for this idea.
