I recently visited Hemlock Semiconductor a world leader in polysilicon manufacturing, located right here in MI! Polysilicon is critical to building solar panels and semiconductors in the mid-21st century. It was amazing to see their phenomenal process at work!
Companies like Hemlock provide the materials we rely on to power our modern lives and move toward a greener future, all while providing good jobs. Making sure they have the tools to compete is at the heart of my work in Congress.
It's time to make sure our supply chains are resilient, critical minerals are accessible, and American workers are building the future!
