June 24, 2020

LIVONIA, MI — Today, Congresswoman Haley Stevens (MI-11) announced that her casework operation has returned more than $1.4 million to the people of Michigan’s 11th District since taking office. Congresswoman Stevens and her staff have relentlessly advocated for hundreds of constituents who were facing obstacles in obtaining their earned Social Security benefits, veteran and active military pay, federal tax returns, and more. “Especially during such a difficult time for families in Michigan’s 11th District, helping my constituents cut through red tape and navigate the federal bureaucracy is one of my top priorities,” said Congresswoman Stevens. “It is a true honor to help Michiganders resolve these issues and receive the benefits they are owed from federal agencies, and my office is ready to assist any constituent who needs an advocate. Today, I am proud to share that my office has been able to secure more than $1.4 million for residents of Michigan’s 11th District through constituent casework.”
