WASHINGTON – Today, Congresswoman Haley Stevens (MI-11) released a resource guide for businesses in Michigan’s 11th District impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The guide includes local, state, and national resources on how to take advantage of economic injury disaster loans, how to secure grant funding, how to adjust to teleworking, and more.

The resource guide will be distributed to local chambers of commerce, municipal leaders, business owners, and other community stakeholders who have reached out to Congresswoman Stevens’ office for assistance.
“This week, I have heard from numerous small business owners in Michigan’s 11th District who are worried they might lose their enterprise if they do not get the help they need,” said Congresswoman Stevens. “This guide will make it easier for businesses to find local, state, and federal resources to weather this period of uncertainty. Workers and businesses in Michigan should know that they are not alone. We are working around the clock to pass legislation to provide additional immediate support to those who are struggling during this challenging time.”
On Tuesday, Congresswoman Stevens held a telephone town hall to discuss the public health and economic ramifications of the COVID-19 pandemic, where she was joined by more than 3000 constituents.
