An incredible Manufacturing Monday visit to Lonero Engineering in Troy as they celebrate 71 years as a tool and dye manufacturer!! Not only do they have several patents, they also sell all over the world! Impressed and invigorated from today’s visit and can’t wait to take back what I learned to Congress.

Congresswomen Haley Stevens and Debbie Dingell wandered through the lobby, exam rooms and other areas of the 5900 North Lotz Road building with the family.

Those leaders are attempting to attract new electric vehicle production to the state while a global chip shortage continues to force automakers to idle plants.

Today is National Gun Violence Awareness Day. I wish I wasn’t writing to you in the wake of the Buffalo, Uvalde, and now Tulsa shootings, each occurring before we had time to grieve the last, but unfortunately that’s our reality – and why National Gun Violence Awareness Day is so important. 


Virati Sanghvi, Canton, turned to our office for help with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services after having to apply for his Employment Authorization Document twice. We were happy to help get his EDA issued and the lost fees refunded.
