Manufacturing Mondays

One of the best parts about my #ManufacturingMonday initiative is seeing the immense innovation & manufacturing happening right here in our district. Today, I visited Noble Gas Systems in Novi to talk about their gas storage systems & speciality of hydrogen fuel cells.

Today for #ManufacturingMonday, I visited Soulbrain in Northville. We spoke about powering electric vehicles. I’m excited to see what they’re working on and looking forward to the way they’ll help shape our growing regional EV economy.

Yesterday, I met with ZF for #ManufacturingMonday. We spoke about their advanced vehicle technology development, workforce needs, and COVID-19 response as an auto supplier. I’m excited by what they’re working on and admire their role as leaders in the field.

For yesterday’s #ManufacturingMonday, I visited Electric Last Mile Solutions. We discussed electric vehicle manufacturing and the need to focus on infrastructure innovation to accommodate electric charging stations. I’m also excited about their move to Troy, MI!

For today’s #MFGMonday, I had a virtual meeting with Oerlikon. We talked about smart trade policies and investing in our manufacturing economy. Manufacturers like Oerlikon make me proud to represent #MI11!

For today’s #MFGMonday, I toured Valiant TMS in Auburn Hills. They help manufacturers integrate new connected technologies, and I’m so excited about the innovative work they’re doing right here in #MI11.

Visited MAHLE in Farmington Hills for this week’s #MFGMonday! Had a great conversation about adjusting to public health guidelines, safeguarding our supply chains, and maintaining our competitiveness in MI-11.

For today’s #MFGMonday, I went to @AirbossAmerica in Auburn Hills to tour their incredible facility and discuss efforts to replenish the national PPE stockpile and make critical supply chains more resilient.
